## Features

### All connection’s in one app

Bus, streetcar, train—all with the same design. The filters help you keep track of everything.

### Recognises your line

From the GPS points of your ride, the app works out your direction of travel and shows the matching lines nearby.

### Lock your line

The padlock keeps your line selected. For unambiguous lines it locks automatically.

### Arrival time and stops

Upcoming stops up to the terminus with estimated arrival, distance and departures including delays.

### Filters for trains

Show or hide IC, tram/metro and regional/S-Bahn trains individually.

### Open data

Line and timetable data come from open sources, which are credited at the bottom of the page.

## How to use Öffi-Radar

Your arrival time in a few steps.

1. ### Open the page

Open Öffi-Radar in your phone browser and allow **access to your location**. Without it the app cannot detect anything.
2. ### Choose bus or train

Switch between **Bus** and **Train** using the tabs at the top.
3. ### Start

Tap **Start**. From now on the app regularly collects GPS points of your ride.
4. ### Let it detect your line

Once enough points are available, the app detects your direction of travel and shows the lines running here. A matching line is highlighted.
5. ### Lock your line

If several lines run in parallel for a long stretch, tap the **padlock** next to your line. It then stays selected.
6. ### Read stops and arrival

You see the next stops with arrival time and distance, plus the next departures with delays.
7. ### Start over

Use **Delete data** to reset the measurement, for example when you change vehicles.
